Restoration of this Stone,Carpenter & Wilson house includes clapboard replacement, restoration of the porch columns and railing and fabrication of a new handrail to match the original as designed in 1896. Additional work includes new flashing installed, slate replaced and a replica of the original copper chimney cap fabricated. aOi prepared a full application for Certificate of Appropriateness for the Historic District Commission with restoration work performed by New Life Painting and Owens Carpentry.
