Cole Avenue- Interior Design/Renovation

The renovation of this c.1920 home was a result of major water damage. The scope of work included reconstruction/refinishing of the walls, ceilings, and floors on the majority of the first floor and portions of the second floor. In addition, the majority of the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC had to be replaced as a result of the water damage. All of these systems were upgraded in the process to be more efficient and meet current building codes. The client elected to improve the design of several other areas during the process of the repair work including a full redesign of three bathrooms, reconfiguration of a bedroom to include an adjacent area, reuse of a closet as a bar area and redesign of a closet area into a laundry room.
